Great service! Completely changed my longstanding opinion about Allstate Insurance. Amy Jensen, my Allstate Insurance Agent, has made the auto insurance renewal and claims process easier than I ever even thought possible. The prices are good; and the service is AMAZING! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service at a great price!I also use them for my homeowners insurance, and get a multi-line discount. They have been incredibly fair in price on both. My Allstate agent has gone to bat for me to keep costs down, where other insurance companies had refused to do so. For example, my previous insurance company kept insisting I needed to replace my roof, for them to continue to insure my home; despite the fact that there was nothing wrong with it! My Allstate agent helped me prove that it did not need to be replaced, and got my home insured with them, too. A couple of years ago, my hot water heated burst, left a huge mess, and had to be replaced. It was a nightmare! Allstate and my agent did everything they could to make the process as painless as possible, and to ensure maximum coverage for all that was affected by the water damage and repairs. We even had a delightful "Stay-cation" at a fine local hotel, while we were without a working hot water heater, and could not bathe or do laundry; and it was fully covered by our insurance!They are wonderful! I could not be happier with my choice of insurance agent and company...and I have spent over half my life working in Insurance Law, as an Attorney and a Litigation Paralegal; so I have dealt with many insurance companies over the years!
