Went there to get a new debit card. Waiting 10 minutes for some to acknowledge me. Then when they did bring me back had to wait another 20 minutes for them to tell that their debit card printer has been broken. They told me I could go to other closest branch and they would make me a debit card. Then I went to that branch and they don’t even print debit cards!!

I have always had great experiences with Texell. They are fast. They are good about helping you with loans. I would recommend Texell to anyone who is buying a new car or just needs a personal loan.

Seems every time I talk to them about anything, try and get anything done, try to get help from them I leave with no assistance. If it isn't just putting money in or taking money out, the most basic of services, its like pulling teeth. I will start transferring my accounts and payments to a new bank.

I don't bank at Texell, but their loan department was absolutely fantastic when we purchased a pre-owned vehicle form a local dealership. They were responsive by phone and email. Work was quick and complete. Rates were great, and they helped provide the perfect extended warranty solution. I'll definitely be back!

Texell is by far the best place you can store your money, get a loan, and anything banking. Staff are super nice and greet you always. You can’t go wrong here and definitely give them a shot.

It really sucks having to write this when I’ve had such good service from this establishment. Nobody goes into overdraft for fun - and if that same someone is receiving 5 dollar deposits every morning TO GET TO WORK TO PAY OFF THIS OVERDRAFT, You’d think they would be a little more understanding and not try to take every penny you make. This is truly disgusting. And never in my life have I had a bank operate like this and I’ve been with several banks. There isn’t making me understand the logic behind why they feel the need to take everything from you. I Am literally planning to pay these people with pennies since they want to take all of mine.

I went in to get a holiday loan during my lunch hour hour . Everyone was so friendly. The entire process took less than 15 minutes.

New account opening process was a little stressful and the fees and holds were not explained properly at all. Once I questioned the hold etc Jasmine was able to work a solution and I'm a new member!!

I come in on a Friday, which is super busy. tellers are super busy, then i see the manager working the drive thru so that her team can better assist members. That is great leadership.

Been with Texell in Belton for a couple years now. Have been incredibly happy with how easy it is to get in and out and have great customer service. I've run into a couple issues that have resulted in late fees and being double charged and they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve both.Literally no reason to take my financial needs elsewhere.

Very satisfied with rates & quick in & out. They have cup by cup coffee in lobby. Never finished cup before my turn no matter what service. My car is financed through them.

Sold a vehicle and I had to come here to sign off on the title as the purchaser use’s Texell and the lady at the front made me put My sunglasses in pocket said I couldn’t not have sunglasses out or even on top of my head and made turn my hat around backwards in order to sit in the lobby and wait!!! Thank god I don’t bank here!!! I can only Imagine the BS their customers have to deal with!!!

I have been with Texell (Temple location) for 12 years. I feel they have great customer service and their fee isn't as much to start an account as compared to others. They have an app now where you can take a picture of your check for deposit into your account. They have the best rates if you are looking to finance a car.

Texell Credit Union is not a place where you can be provided change even if you request as a member. Waiting for teller over 30 mins Only to leave with rude customer service.So I went to Extraco and I was assisted with friendly customer service & the change request I needed. The management at Texell didn’t even take the time to explain why they refuse service. I will not refer Texell.

I have been with Texell since 2004 and I don't recommend anyone to open up a account with these idiots. They're not professional or nice if a check looks altered because it was in a wallet that got wet they'll rip it up and give it back to you it's in the bank's nature to insult and disrespect it's members don't believe me open an account with these morons and let the jackass show begin

We have multiple accounts with Texell and loans. We paid off our auto loan payment and they are holding our title for one of our accounts being in the negative for $53. We called and asked if they could waive it or even half. They refused. We have a business account with them that and they make $84 a year with their maintenance. They don't have as friendly of an atmosphere as they use to. Their customer service has went way down hill. I would do some research before banking with them.
