I canceled my auto policy with this Farmers insurance office after only 6 months. I found another policy that was over $1000.00 less per year. When I called to offer the opportunity for them to attempt to match or get close to it- it took one minute, for the office secretary to tell me very curtly to go ahead and cancel they couldn’t match it. I was surprised they made NO attempt to keep my business and did not justify the outrageous rate I had been charged.
