Outstanding customer service at the drive up & lobby. They really care about their customers. Would never bank anywhere else!

Wanted to open an account. Waited for an hour... Nobody came to us to ask what we would like, or to even inform us to please wait

Horrible service. Brought a document in to be signed in front of a Notary. Perla, (notary) was downright rude and acted as though she was being inconvenienced, even though the bank was not busy at all. She should take a refresher course in customer service.
