It was nice to have one go to person “quarterbacking” my real estate purchase!He was able to help me refinance my existing property and put a lease agreement in place on that property with new tenants. This saved me a ton of time and at the same time save me money by lowering my monthly payment. With this combination I was able to purchase my new forever home without having to sell my existing property!
