Very friendly and helpful, but no drive up atm!!!

Made my 12 year old cry because she had no photo ID or account thete to cash a cashiers check her mana gave her from their bank for school clothes. She has ss card , birth cert, and library card. Bank of New Hampshire did it no problem...
