In all my dealings, staff has been competent and courteous. Ben Mills delivered excellent client service when I came in to open a safe deposit box a few days ago. I was in and out in a couple short minutes with all my questions answered.The physical appearance of the branch is also very stately. It is definitely a bank.

Most definitely was slow at the time I was there. The bank was completely empty and it took about twenty minutes to get a new bank card

This bank runs the drive thru PNC bank two blocks away. The employee at that branch, Hilary I believe, constantly serves customers on foot in their drive-thru while the rest of us sit in the car and wait. It’s a major safety issue for pedestrians and drivers. This specific cashier never smiles, is usually on the phone when I arrive and doesn’t like to say “good morning” either. It’s just overall an unpleasant experience to bank at this branch, but due to the nature of our business we have to use them. The experience at this bank as of late is the epitome of why PNC keeps losing their customers.
