After giving Stratix another chance - my only suggestion to you is to avoid this company like the plague. Also, do not ever purchase any printers from Ricoh as they will not stand behind their products. After having this printer for less than 1 year, a Stratix employee told us we needed a new drum unit and they wanted to overcharge us for it. We purchased a certified Ricoh drum unit from a much better reputable company for much less, however, when the unit arrived, it was slightly off in the design, just enough to break the machine. Whenever we ordered toner or any maintenance part for this printer , it would be slightly off, which is another reason not to buy Ricoh printers. The other company stepped up to the plate and tried to help us , but the printer was beyond their scope. I called Stratix and not only did they not help us, they charged us for a service call. I then called Ricoh who said that they would replace the unit under warranty, but they never did. Now after months of waiting for a replacement, they will not replace the printer. DO NOT USE STRATIX OR RICOH!!!!This is the most unprofessional rude company we have ever done business with. We ended up dealing with them after the company we had purchased our printer from was bought out by Stratix. Our printer ran out of toner, so we called to get some and were told they did not have any and then we were given the wrong toner part numbers from them which we paid to have shipped overnight. We were not happy when we realized that we were provided with the wrong part number and Don at Stratix was very rude to us when we called to point out his error. After a week and a lot of time , frustration and expense on our part all they were willing to do was provide us with 1 free toner which they had in stock all week after all.
