Because of health issues we were very late in making our appointment but Sue Johnson met with us on April 14 and devoted the time needed to complete our quite complex return. She was very knowledgeable and worked diligently to get everything correct and get us the most legally acceptable refund we are allowed.

I am single and do not own a home I claim 1 child and my bill was $400.00. I will return to doing my own taxes on turbo tax and they charge me $60.00. I made an appointment online days in advance and when I got to the office they had no appointment scheduled so I had to wait around for 10-15 minutes while he kept trying to find my name in the system. The guy who helped me had a name tag that said office manager which was shocking because he acted like he had NO CLUE what he was doing and he was literally reading the screen word for word and stumbling through like it was his first time doing taxes. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know about my bad and way over priced experience.
