Don’t answer phone don’t let you deposit more than 2 deposit slips in one sitting. Worst Chase branch EVER! They know it too! Go to the one on little Santa Monica and Wilshire! They are amazing and extremely friendly! Always go above and beyond to help you. This place is honestly the biggest joke.

I love Chase Bank, it has an ATM at the entrance so its handy, when I go to the Vela Cellulite clinic to get a massage and facial on the 3rd floor in the same building.

Refused to have a check deposited into an account because it was too high of an amount to be coming from a brown college student: it was “suspicious”, can we say PROFILING???

This is my go-to branch anytime I have a banking question. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful, epically Laura. There is rarely a wait and the employees will go out of their way to make sure they answer your question.

This Bank has terrible customer service. The Bank tellers / customer service reps are extremely rude. They also do not follow up on emails or their clients requests. I have been waiting on a simple response for over a month now. When I called , they told me that my contact was fired. I then asked for a manager and she has yet to respond to my request. Do not enter your business here unless you want your business to be a sitting duck waiting for things to be processed by these individuals.

Opened a checking account here yesterday and it was great. In and out fairly quickly and had all questions answered by Erika, whom I would highly recommend.

Been waiting here for 20 mins already to set up direct deposit, waited in 2 lines so far no one seems to care to help...
