The Bank is horrible.If you want to be treated like Chinese in China, then go ahead and open account there.If you want professional American style service do even bother to use this Bank.

I called to the Beverly hills office to get information for a line of credit and also open a business account as well. I was on hold the first time for 15 minutes, then I called back and was on hold for another 15 minutes. then I called back and went to message and it is only 11:00AM on a Wednesday.
