Just awful customer service. Beware, they will take your money and trades and then run the minute you need them for anything. Go to Schwab or fidelity..anyone but TDAMERITRADE

We went to the office about 9 days ago to create open a new joint account with my business associates. Keep in mind we all already have individual accounts with this company. We gave the information to Sonja at the Beverly Hills office. She stated the account should take 48 hrs to create. When we called customer service to verify the information wasnt faxed or scanned over correctly with all the information. We are still handling this issue as of now. This is very disappointing. In this situation I blame the employee at this branch by not being a follow through individual.We called customer service and got it resolved.
