This is literally the least convenient bank. No phone payments for loans. No shared branching. No weekends. No help. Bank somewhere else until this one catches up to at least the 1990s.

I just went through your atm and because your walls are so narrow between the columns it crushed both my van mirrors inwards to the point where my van became lodged and the only way out was to keep moving forward which almost destroyed my mirror. The bank does not have van or truck friendly lanes for self serve and there should be a sign letting you know that a van cannot fit through. Never have experienced this at any other bank in the country and I’ve driven large vehicles for work all my life.
