I had been with Mark Browne since I first got my license. Was with them for several years, moved away to Connecticut. When I moved back I went right back to Mark. I bought a house 10 years ago and had State Farm from the start. Last year we bought a second home. They cancelled the policy on the first home (that was undergoing renovations) and applied it to the new home. When the error was discovered I had to open a new policy. I was later (2 months) informed I would not be covered because the outside of the house needed work. Remember I mentioned it was undergoing renovations! Not impressed and will be cancelling all of our policies...…..maybe spend less time on ads and more time on your jobs.
