Spoke with David on the phone to discuss our situation. We then scheduled an appointment with one of his employees. 3 of us took time off work and drove to Billings for the appointment only to discover they had double booked us. We were given to another attorney, Jeff. He was pleasant but knew nothing about our case and was not able to offer advice. He told us we would not be charged for this visit. We scheduled a conference call with Jeff for another time. At the last minute Jeff bows out and were told that David would be calling. David called and told my husband that this could not be done over the phone and wanted to schedule another in person meeting. As a family, we decided not to return as this was feeling like a circus. Later we receive a bill for $168.75. I immediately called their office and explained why I felt we should not be billed. The staff member tells me she will remove the bill from the system. A month later we receive another bill. I left two different messages with the staff member and it was not returned. Today I am mailing the check even though I am paying for something I never received. Not good business practice.

Tough to get into but definitely worth it. Power player that gets things done -- and all for a reasonable price relative to other outfits that will just fee you to death and not accomplish anything.

David is a phenomenal lawyer and an empathetic human being. He has been our lawyer for the past ten years and has gone the extra mile for us quite a few times. Can think of no one better to handle our legal work.
