Rather, he researched and found the best options possible to fit my situation while working through the complexities and my weird requests to avoid escrow. He worked closely with office staff, my insurance company, and myself to make all the necessary arrangements and close at the title company in under 30 minutes. He was quick to respond to calls and emails and even worked on a holiday to make sure I would be able to close on time.
