I would give Franklin American zero stars, I don’t think that is an option. This mortgage lender didn’t pay my home insurance premium out of my escrow account and then sold my loan. After 10 phone calls to have them pay it they still didn’t. I had to pay it myself to keep my policy from being canceled. I then called them for reimbursement and they refused to pay me personally. They chose to double pay insurance instead. My insurer still hasn’t received payment.
