I have been extremely dissatisfied for the past couple years that I’ve had Melissa as my agent. Information was with held and not discussed before I made changes to my policy that can not be unchanged, apparently. The whole reason we have Aflac is to provide us with income when we are laid up from surgeries ect. Well now I have to use it and can’t even pay my bills because “she didn’t know”, when she did know. Business owner to business owner , you never want an unhappy customer. You make things right, especially when the customer is not in the wrong. Zero stars for me!
