We have been with this agency for many years now and have unfortunately had to file a couple of claims in the past few months. Our most recent claim was extensive and considered a total loss. Within a mere 36 hours, Allstate (corporate and local) had taken our claim, done the adjustment, deposited funds into our accounts, and helped us get into a new vehicle. The process was simple and all of the people helping us were patient, kind, and respectful. We feel very fortunate to have this kind of support and will continue to keep Allstate as our insurance and continue to work with the great people at this agency. I had bad experience dealing with my previous agent based in Salem. However, when I walked into this office today, I talked to Karen about my intention to switch agent and issue on additional premium due to late submission of support document. She was friendly and willing to help by taking a mile further to help me patiently and made sure the document uploaded this time. Thinking that they closed at 5:30 my wife and I got there at 5, the last person there was just locking up. She welcomed us in anyways and very kindly took care of what we needed in 15 minutes. Amazing customer service.
