The staff was helpful, willing to accommodate needs, and listen to what customer would prefer and made adjustments. They were also very friendly and down-to-earth which makes the overall experience great. The process for applying and setting up loan was easy and staff was there to help answer any questions.

Horrible place to deal with. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM AS POSSIBLE. They give misinformation when you are looking to pay off your loan. We paid a $7,000 loan off early and they were still wanting us to send a check for $0.04 (if that wasnt paid in 2 weeks then it would go to $73.00) so we did that and then they sent the title to us but we had to pay postage. When they were contacted about the issue they were very unprofessional and rude. They are nothing but a bunch of scam artists that are looking to make a quick buck. Save your money and sanity and go somewhere else for a loan.

Informed them that the vehicle under there loan was about to die, tried getting approved for another purchase to dodge the bullet of being stranded. Well..here I sit along side of the road. Thanks regency for not looking out for the consumer and your investment ..Never will I deal with you again!
