I had a large commercial job that I was awarded - all I needed was my Certificate of Liabiloty sent to them with information nova rayon casualty was to provide. I emailed a sample certificate to this fly by night company on July 23 and followed up with a phone call. Today, August 8, I lost my contract because the idiot that runs nova rayon isn’t intelligent enough to be able to fill out the form and send it back. I’ve called at least 20 times over the last 2 weeks and had a return call once, saying he’d look into it and call me right back He does a GREAT job letting me know when it’s time to renew my policy and he calls t collect my premium but as for ANY assistance - forget it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY!!!!!
