Slowest bank in town too many problems at this bank
89 year old mother ended up with an internet only account somehow. Mother is not computer literate, does not have a computer and was not receiving statements. Manager Tracy first said she was receiving statements and then finally checked and said she had internet only account, so no mailed statement. Rude on the phone and would only talk to my mother. So told mother what to ask and anytime I was on phone would refuse to talk with me, so pass phone back to my mother. Petty.Time for a new bank.
