We have had a terrible experience with StateFarm as of late. We opened a claim for our roof and was told that we would have an inspection done or that somebody would reach out to us. We have not heard from anyone and every time we call they transfer us to another agent and then it goes to voicemail. I gave it a few days and then tried again this week to call only to be sent to voicemail again and no one has called us back. I am super disappointed in the service we have received and will be switching to something else.

Agent assistant we dealt with in 2019, Andrew, apparently no longer works for State Farm. Have no contact for Natalie because never dealt with her setting up home owners policy. Sent specific policy question via State Farm website for Natalie. 5 days ago, no response.

I have been using State Farm for the past 10 years we were with a different agent before Natalie Matthews. Natalie Matthews and her husband Bonita and Estero are by far the best State Farm agents in the area. They have hired a new girl Nadia and she is absolutely one of the best Representative agents I have ever seen. She is attentive to detail and knows exactly what’s going on with your file when you call. She is a great fit for Natalie Mathews State Farm and I think that she should be training other individuals to act and know how to deal with certain situations. I was dealing with a payment issue when I called in and she was able to calm me down and get me back on track in a matter of second. Natalie Matthews runs an amazing establishment and it is a real pleasure to know that I’m covered with such an amazing firm thank you. I’m a local CEO of Gulf Coast builders

It was finally time to get my car registered in Florida and I am not good with anything insurance wise nope not me! Called their office and spoke to someone there who made me aware I was extremely under insured with Progressive. Did not even know that was possible!!!!! They really made an effort to give me better coverages while helping me to stay within my budget and I got to meet all of the friendly faces in Natalie’s office and can’t begin to thank them for how wonderful they were with me, helped an old snowbird like me understand what to do if I am ever in an accident, who to call and also helped me install my little safe driving gadget!!!
