I was cautious of going to a tax service that was located in a Walmart, but it was a very good experience, thanks to Jen! She was professional and very understanding of my particular situation. She made it a comfortable experience by being easy to talk to. I went on a Thursday afternoon, so it was only a brief 40 minute wait. No problem making the waiting time pass by, since you can go and do a little shopping. Thanks to Jen for making doing taxes kinda cool, Lol!

Jenn is extremely patient. I strongly suggest an appointment because she gets alot of walk-ins. She is worth the wait though. Super friendly.
