Recently had an issue with a prescription being placed in the wrong box at a local apartment complex but Jack, at the post office, was super friendly and helpful, as he called the carrier to investigate. They corrected the misplacement and Jack promptly called me back to let me know it had been resolved. Really appreciate someone going out of their way to help.

Unique Post Office on the main drag in Boone.

I wish it could be 0. Never on time, missing FOUR deliveries on the same package. Never once has their phone line been available and rescheduling a shipment is a complete joke as they cannot get it right. They lied about not be able to deliver to a "closed location" which is a business that still exist! They need to just shut the whole Boone office down or start over.

I went into this post office and the front desk lady was rude for absolutely no reason. I do not recommend going here, terrible customer service.

Ms. Robin is the best! This is the only Post Office I use in Boone because of her!
