We used Raveis with Amanda to rent in Back Bay, we LOVE our apartment. Amanda was wonderful, very attentive, provided us with honest feedback and great options. She also provided us with great insight for the neighborhood! We won’t be moving any time soon but will use her again!

Unethical. We had been in contact with a broker at this office for several years regarding various properties we own, at times listing with her and never closing a sale. Finally, we closed a sale and they have kept an additional 1% commission (nearly $9,000) in violation with the written terms of our agreement. The broker we were working with went completely silent after we pointed out this error. Next, we reached out to the CFO via email - again, no answer. Now it looks like we will need to litigate. It seems like this "family business" has lost a sense of values and direction. Disappointing.
