Avoid at all costs!Susan Fyall just showed a property in the Bothell area to my partner and I on 105th avenue NE. Her attitude was rude the entire time and she refused to answer simple questions politely when asked about lawn maintenance and responsibility. She told us to "read zillow" when we asked what year the house was built and other simple questions as well. This is someone who has no business dealing with the public as a property manager. In addition the property had a half rotted shed still filled with the owners possessions, the yard was covered in nerf darts and the fountain had become an algae farm. Zero stars.
