On a very busy day, I ran to the store with my kid to get a few things for dinner but I forgot my wallet. Ruth was able to verify my identity and got me enough money to pay for groceries. I appreciate that fact that she understood the value of time wasted if had put back the grocery and fight traffic to home and to get my wallet. This is an example of good customer service that will keep me coming back to this Bothell location.
