I think Eide Bailly is great. I moved my tax work to them a few years ago from another firm with whom I had worked for many years, but which had become sloppy. Everyone I work with at Eide Bally is smart, careful, thorough, helpful, and prompt. Friendly, too.
03/17/2018 - We are very disappointed in the customer service at Eide Bailly. We had paid them to do our taxes for five years. The final year, the cost of our tax preparation increased 35% despite our taxes not having materially changed. It was the first year we had filed an extension, but they had assured us this would not result in any additional fees. We were not informed of the increase until we received our invoice after our tax preparation. Our requests for explanation were repeatedly ignored, even when brought to the attention of a Partner.05/16/2018 - Two months later and still no follow up from Eide Bailly, despite their comment saying "We value our clients, and weâll make this right."
