Terrible service extremely rude will not help with anything you need in terms of simple questions regarding your account. Claims they are open for appointments but do not even allow you to make an appointment. Basically impossible to even talk to a banker. Go to Chase much better customer service.

They’re nice when they finally attend you^.^ waited 20 minutes just to watch one of the bankers leave for her lunch break. Need more staff; they had 3 tellers and 1 banker;

Consistently slow service. Today misread check, though prose portion is perfectly clear. Now waiting for them to fix it but they now want check changed to match what THEY did. Use another branch if you possibly can.
