Kathrens Ins. Agency did an excellent job hooking me up with Progressive Ins. for my home and auto. When my car was recently totaled due to a 14 yr. old blowing the stop sign, Progressive took over after a week of the at fault ins. company dragging their feet. Progressive immediately got me a rental car, told me to find a different car and sent me a check for my totaled car within days. They said they would work to get the other two insurance agencies to pay them back and would even try to fight them for my $500 deductible. What a pleasant surprise to open my mail today to find my $500 check! Thanks Progressive and Sarah, Jaci, and Brandon at Kathrens Insurance!
