McDermott Financial did my taxes when I was married for years. The IRS issued two refunds several years after we filed our taxes for a total of more than $20,000 that we had OVERPAID in federal taxes. Never received a phone call from them explaining the the reason for such an egregious error or an apology. Makes me wonder how much more money in taxes did we overpay....

They sent my entire tax return to the wrong address and did not send it certified then they charged me 25.00 for a five minute phone call without telling me, I just kept getting this weird bill. When I called the girl who answered was coughing and hacking in the phone and was very rude and not helpful.
