Farm Bureau is a policy holder owned company meaning the company takes care of the policy holders since they drive the business and have a say in the company.

Worst insurance company ever. Terrible customer service, they forget to send out bills, they dont call if you miss a payment, all on top of being over priced in the first place and being rather rude individuals. I highly recommend literally anyone but farm bureau.
