Drive-thru representatives are polite and professional however the “tubes” are DISGUSTING! Last month when I was there, I requested they clean them. This month when I returned, they still hadn’t been cleaned. I wiped them down with what I had in the car. But gross! Be prepared to break out your hand sanitizer.
