No one informed me that I have to pay first before he electronically files. Ive gone to mr. Denton for 3 years now my dad has been using them for 10+years. Ive been waiting for 2 weeks on NOTHING! And now that I have no cash flow, Ill have to borrow money from the union THAT I CAN'T afford! So that money ill be getting back I wont see any of it because ill have to payback the $100.00+ the late fees because as I stated I HAVE NO JOB due to this pandemic. Makes me question a LOT. Very disappointed.

Horrible experience been using the company for the past 5 years and just down hill ... Debbie filed my taxes and she made a mistake and informed me I have to pay the state money from her mistake after Already receiving the refund.. Totally unacceptable

Dealt with Dale Johnson. Very unprofessional and rude. Now I'm questioning his ability to perform duties efficiently. I will not be going next year.
