Stephanie has gone above and beyond in so many ways to take care of both my personal and business taxes. She helped catch mistakes that others made when it wasn’t even her responsibility to do so. I can trust everything will be done right with attention to every detail. Most importantly I like doing business with good people and she is certainly “good people”.

Turn around time was horrible. When contact was attempted there was never a call back. Her mother in law was amazing, but once she took over it went down hill.

Caroline was great! Turn around time was an hour or less. When the business got taken over it declined in my opinion. Last year I was given a 2 week turn around time with no option to have them done while I waited and it was nearly 2 months before I got them back. Many people I know actually went and picked theirs up and brought them somewhere else because the deadline was coming up. Another person I know was told they would file an extension that never got filed which resulted in penelties he had to pay. My family has been going here for years and unfortunately most of us won’t be back this year.

Very slow, took forever to do ours. Most anyone would have to travel some distance to this location, she expects that you make multiple trips... My father dropped his 2017 tax info off, kept having to call for updates. Deadline was up and he was told that they filed for an extension on his behalf... ? WHAT!? as it turned out, she never filed for the extension. Had to pick up taxes and file himself. Later recieved heafty penalties from the irs. Never using this service again!
