As the other review shows, they do not even provide online statements or a user-friendly website.

This company Ascensus is desparately in need of a user friendly web site. They refuse to send paper statements to their retirement plan customers. This would be fine if their web site allowed for easy access to statements. It is extremely difficult to use and no efforts have been made to improve things.If this company is not able to improve their website they should make paper statements an option.
