I have banked with Santander for over 10 years (for both personal and business) and I have lived in the area of this particular branch for 4 years. Never had any issues, and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

First time ever at this branch. My experience couldn’t of been any better. My 89 year old Aunt needed some stock paperwork notary and medallion stamped. Mind you She needed to be present to sign everything in front of them. Ben Marshall was so nice and accommodating & our services were met professionally and with ease. I had to call 8 branches this week between her 2 banks to finally get this branch to have an individual who was going to be available to assist us. I would definitely go to this branch again.

I just tried to withdraw money from this location. I got in with my chip card. I was unable to withdraw money from the atm. I saw three people working in the store, and asked for assistance. I understand the store closes at 2pm. It was 2:15 pm and they were all still there. It was already so stressful to know my card was not working and yet an old man had the nerve to say “We can help you Monday morning.” WOW. How insensitive? Where is the excellence of service in that? You could at least say sorry we can’t help you today but to say come back another day was just straight up rude. I’m a professional my self and honestly, I would never say the same thing to someone who is simply asking for assistance. To that man, he did not help provide “comprehensive solutions to satisfy the financial needs of our clients.” Have a great weekend since you were clearly looking forward to it.

I am really disappointed with the customer service at this branch. I had an issues with wiring money from one bank to another bank and the bankers did not help me troubleshoot the issue.

Looks good inside but very slow and ruse. Workers are inconsiderate of clients.

The service here is EXTREMELY slow, never more than one teller. Took me 35 minutes just to get to the window today
