These folks are the perfect mortgage brokers if you want the purchase of your house to completely fall apart due to extreme, numerous delays that are apparently unexplainable.Getting information and a timeline from them is a nightmare.They will tell you what you want to hear in order to get you on the hook, “oh sure we can do a tight close!” and then they will file extension after extension until your sellers move on to a different buyer (ten weeks later).Since having our purchase fall through due to negligence and false information from BoE, we have contacted multiple other lenders, who are a dream to work with, and we have a real closing deadline, FINALLY.We have also spoken with multiple realtors in the area who laughed in our face when we told them that we were using BoE. “Nothing but problems from them”, “delay after delay”, and “I won’t accept an offer from a buyer who is using them” are some of the things we were told.Bank of England Mortgage lost us our dream house. 1,000,000% do not recommend.
