Kathy Chen is amazing! She is the most Sweetest person I have ever met. She did everything she possibly could to get me the most out of my refund. I went to HR Block for years and they were too busy trying to charge me up the ying yang instead of trying to help me get my refund. I will never go back to them. I plan to stay with Jackson Hewitt from now on.
