If you have 5 hours to spare in line. This bank is perfect for you. The SLOWEST bank in America. Usually have 1 and a half tellers working. The line is always insane. The tellers and managers seem as if it doesn't matter to them. I would recommend this bank to people who are retired, or who have plenty of time to kill. Bring a book

The online system states the branch is "a little busy" ... Wait time was estimated at 15 minutes. I waited almost an hour to obtain an interim statement...stamped and signed. The staff and relationship manager state, " we are short-staffed". Personally, I watched. Staff is slow and office is poorly organized. If I could rate them a zero, I would.

Any way BOA could have more than 1 teller. Always 4-5 bankers on and 1 teller.

Employees working here don’t wear masks properly nor does the security guard enforce mask wearing while waiting to enter the bank.

I frequently go here seeing as though I’m an entrepreneur. And the staff is AWESOME!!! Very professional, enthusiastic, upbeat, energetic, knowledgeable, and very kind. Their extremely attentive and willing to assist you in whatever situation you’re visiting for. Their an A class bunch if you ask me!!!!

Horrible service!! Often have to wait half hour. Long lines with 1 or 2 tellers.

This branch used to be good. Now they make you wait 30 minutes for service. Seems like they cut down the staff significantly on the staff and banking hours too.I had to leave because I couldn't wait anymore.

I went in to deposit money into my brothers bank account and the teller told me they don’t accept cash deposits. The manager then suggested I use venmo. Why have a bank acct then? These people are useless.

They are super slow and need more people to work there,always taking there time and not caring that threre is huge line of customers waiting to cash checks and get out!
