I have never ever had such bad service ever. The person who answers the phone is snotty and never gives her name. She is nasty! They act like you are bothering them when you call to get questions answered. I would never use them ever as your agents.

Yikes the gal who answers the phone after hours is rude! She needs some major customer service adjustments. I felt like she didn’t want to help me.

Horrible customer service and they broker out insurance which agents do not follow up with or stay on top of your file to make sure things are done timely. The customer is left without answers and told to find other insurance.
