Incredibly difficult to speak with someone from an American call center. This bank seems incredibly disorganized. Not sure how they got so big.

This bank is the most unprofessional bank I have had to deal with. They brought my credit score down by 100 points for missing a payment by 8 days. Before you get a mortgage with them, one should reconsider as they have no sympathy for people having personal problems sometimes. I have been a customer with them since 2011 and after 9 years they are dinging me for one mistake I made. I am refinancing pronto.
