During the recruiting process I felt discriminated against. I also had the recruiter challenge my professionalism when he and the MD both came to a zoom call meeting in shorts with a dress shirt and a blazer. While I think the company is a good company the local professions are not people who I would join in partnership with for my reputation for myself or the clients whom I would be helping with their financial needs. People may not be representations of the products the company offers but the integrity is a foundation of the culture overall with the same brand.
