Terrible experience. Any changes to my policy took multiple emails and calls to get a response. Most of my questions went unanswered. I ended up transferring agents. When I explained why I transferred, I was then accused me of being unresponsive. Truly disgusting way to treat customers and just plain rude. If you want even basic service from an agent this is not the place for you.
