I’ve had years of service with Shelter. I like that my agent Brynn Cochran always responds, responds in a timely manner, and knows the ins and outs of the business. I have had a claim on my house (severe roof damage) and a claim on my car (was rear ended). Both claims were handled expeditiously and damages were repaired or replacement made, very fairly. I have been very satisfied with Shelter Insurance.
