I started with easy solutions 2-3 years ago and I have notice through the years their employees don’t last very long. I would start with a representative and by the following month I would receive a call from another specialist telling me they would be taking care of my account from now on, but then they would take over and a month or 2 later I’d receive another call from a new employee telling me the same thing. Apparently all the other employees had gotten a promotion but I would end up going in person then they would tell me those specialist were not working there any longer. Lies! In reality They were never being promoted but in reality they just were not working their anymore. In March I talked to like the 5th representative that had been trying to help me since November. I mentioned to her I would not be able to continue services with them because of the recent pandemic situation and the specialist told me she would freeze my account for 3 months and would not get charged. Well in April I did get charged again. After talking to one of their managers I believe his name is Michael. I clearly stated to him what his employee had mentioned to me about freezing my account for 3 months but would not get charged on forward and if I decide to come back I would not have to pay enrollment fees. He replied well it’s cause you called after 30 days to cancel so their is 1 more payment coming out of your account etc as I again explained that I had discussed with his employee and requested to talk to her as he mentioned well she is not working here anymore. Very upsetting when a representative from the company tells you one thing and they don’t follow through. I highly recommend people don’t give them your credit card information for automated payments they don’t care about taking your money even if the world is falling apart. My wife also has experienced the same issues with Easy Solutions also taking her last payment of $100 after clearly letting them know our situation and advising them not to take anymore from our accounts. Where is the Moral?

Honestly they took my money for 5 months end didn’t see any good results I’m not happy with them!! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!

I wonder why i can’t review your fb page?? First of all my name is Eva Nieto, was easy solution client for 6 months. Total waste of time and money. Had bertha do my contract and explained to me how i was going to see an impact in my credit in the period of time of 6 months after that i never saw her again supposely janell my new advisor she had been fired because she had lied to alot of customers just to get her commission. So now my new advisor Janell kept telling me to get their easy solutions jewerly card, they just want money. hmmm I haven’t seen any results, nothing done to my credit i think my credit score hasn’t change much which i see no purpose of wasting my money with them so yeah there is no way you guys have a 5 star reviews let the community post their real reviews!! stop calling me to offer your services im done with u guys.
