Staff is awesome, but the agent is never in to answer any questions I ask. When I have an agent I expect for him to answer at least once out of the 10 times I call.

I was supposed to pay $253 but prices went up to $500 because they quoted me wrong, then I hot my truck flooded, haven’t fixed anything, they don’t want to make it total loss, it had water up to the dashboard, inside the engine and transmission, now want just to change the oil, wash it and give it back to me, worst expierince ever!!!
