Rude.. when they transitioned from Coastal to Synovus they transferred relocated retired and let go of ALL Coastal employees and replaced them with people who haven’t a clue about banking or customer service skills.. mistakes are the norm now and friendly faces and attitudes are of the past...
I have my business account here for over 15 years and enjoy the experience. Bill pay and on line banking is so convenient, just want to be able to deposit some checks with my camera. I sure they will figger out a safe way to do it.
I absolutely love the people that work there, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have small problems with my card pretty often (but the tellers there help me fix the issue every time). I enjoy using this bank, and recommend it entirely.
This bank went to the dumps after switching from Coastal to Synovus. Terrible customer experience and absurd policies on how transactions are handled.

Just the helpful bank tellers, and over the phone they take there time and really make sure they get all of your questions answered
