I called at 3:30 to review my policy. I spoke with Andrea who is unlicensed and unable make changes to policy. No one else in the office. I asked Andrea to cancel my policy, she was unable to. I had good service with the former agent and his staff. I will be changing my auto coverage from Country Financial.

This person is a liar. She took over for an exiting agent. After receiving 2 notices that my escrow paid homeowners insurance was in jeopardy of not being renewed, Denise told me twice to not worry about it. I late received a letter from my mortgage company telling me that I didn’t have valid insurance during the prime hurricane months of August and September and that they would be purchasing insurance for me. I called Denise again and she told me that everything on her end was good, and that she would look into it and call me back. That is where the communication began to get spotty. I had to call back numerous times before she told me on Oct 16th that everything was fine. A week later I get an insurance policy in the mail showing a start date of Oct 16th. This woman, behind my back, started a new policy to replace the one that she did not coordinate payment from the bank despite 2 requests. She has refused to take any responsibility for this or the charge that my mortgage company has assessed on me. I have called her numerous times and she rarely replies. I have also left messages for the branch manager Phil Haug who has not returned calls as well. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to end up in a very bad situation that by the grace of god I avoided. Their lack of any responsibility is a sign of their value of customers.
